Refund policy
You must inspect your products upon receipt. Any claim for defects must be made immediately and within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team 📧 sales@foukhari.com | 📞 +972-54-8290352.
If a defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we will replace the item with a similar product or issue a refund if replacement is not available.
If you fail to report within 14 days, the product will be deemed accepted.
The burden of proof that the defect was not caused by misuse after receipt lies with the customer.
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you may cancel your order as follows:
Before shipment – Refund minus 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
After shipment – Refund minus 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower), plus shipping/handling charges. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Discounted items – Refund only within 2 business days of receipt, under the same conditions.
Custom or personalized products – Not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and are subject to processing timelines of your credit card company or payment provider.
