REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt at your expense to our warehouse: Dr Daud Arow 3, Jatt, Israel. As soon as we receive the item(s) in good condition, we will refund you within 7 days.

Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier.
To claim a refund or replacement of damaged product(s), it is imperative to make precise and clear video documentation at the time of delivery. Signing for the package constitutes acceptance of ownership, at which point the carrier and sender are no longer responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with transport legislation, FOUKHARI will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement if no documentation are made at the time of delivery.
